:AACE CERTIFICATION 2009-2010:

I may not have a good thing to show right now, because I am totally working on the AACE projects, especially for economic engineer, the questions are not that too difficult to finish, but I have to make it in power point, that is another challenge for me.

DR PDG version of The report to my sponsor also has a new level of meaning to me. My seniors questions me, how come I am letting down the client, when they understand that I am typical a goal getter, struggles till the end. That is why I am more determined to achieve more. Especially when I am discussing in LinkedIn group, it makes me understand how is the PM way of thinking. Well I am keep feeling that I am a local boy from third world country that my way of understanding is so limited try to live and learn and understand that there is no such thing as a free lunch.

When Dr PDG mentioned that no tourist allowed, I am totally agree, as my principle. I am struggling from way down level when I am starting this career. What I get right now, is not come in the year, but more likely struggling and sacrificing loved ones. This is exactly what running in my mind right now, because besides I need direction, I am also need a commitment and energy that running parallel to achieve my goals. Further more, I lead my self with so strict and discipline, though but I know I cannot run and force someone to do the same without showing them what a success taste like until I get there. I cannot judge everybody is the same. But I know, we headed toward the same goals.

What is in it for customer (stakeholder):

#1. I achieve my goal, so they paying with equally. No turn back!!

#2. Upgrade resources level

#3. Quality work result

From this reasons only I have to shown my individual quality, why I deserved this honour to get this training. You are right Dr PDG.

I did not do much in my line of work for this week because I am totally into my assignments, my AACE assignments of course. And surely I will be very devastated if I know that my team member did not have the same goal with me and did not share it with the rest of the team.

That is why in my blog this week I mentioned, GO! which is address to those who did not share the same desire and energy with me. It will be more appropriate if you GO OFF by your own. OR start the work right now. And PLEASE help the team and help your self. We cannot help you unless you help to manage your self.

My god, I did not do anything to my job except an operational job, such project meeting, site supervising, counting EVA, checking the progress, this week I am concerning to my assignment. I hope I could cope with this and could lift my Team progress.
